Recognizing a special PantherUpdated Friday October 6, 2017 by Rebecca Chaney.
Ashley is a cheerleader on our 10U chear team and this is her second season with PAC. Ashley was diagnosed with leukemia in January of this year and is currently in very harsh treatment for this disease. In order to recognize this brave young lady, Ashley was made an honorary football captain for Saturday’s game against the Andover Apaches. Cheerleaders and football players from both sides of the field wore orange ribbons in recognition of national Leukemia month and gave Ashley orange roses to show their support for their fellow Panther. Ashley was named Homecoming Princess at the homecoming celebration later in the day back at Loopers Field.
